The effect of digital marketing, digital branding and perceived service quality with customer engagement as intervening variables on brand advocacy on the digital platform of tourism village in Indonesia

The paper examines the effect of Digital Marketing, Branding, Perceived Service Quality with Customer Engagement on Brand Advocacy Platform for Tourism Villages in Indonesia. research population is local tourists who visit several tourist places sustainable tourism places, and samples taken as many 440 tourists. Data was collected by online offline surveys distribution self-administered questionnaires. findings study are that digital marketing has a positive significant influence customer engagement. This can be used to increase awareness use technology make maximum it realize digital-based village. not brand advocacy, but service quality advocacy through aims provide guideline or material consideration village communities, groups, regional institutions, other parties an interest developing apply strategies their marketing. However, there no link between branding engagement, studies have raised objects, those focus independent villages according JADESTA category do yet exist.
